Thank you for your tips. I usually keep frozen strawberries for my smoothies but will get in other fruit as well. Frozen veggies also.

I would thaw it out first, but you might like it frozen.

Can the frozen fruit be used frozen on cold cereal? I'm really partial to blueberries in the morning.

Frozen fruits and vegetables are just as nutritious, always available, and lower in price.

As a senior Senior and non-driver, I find it difficult to keep in fresh produce. That makes it harder to eat healthy all the time. Grocery shopping is every other week. This morning I used the last of my fresh blueberries on my cereal and have no fresh fruit left.

Does anyone have tips on how to eat healthy when in this situation? I'd appreciate hearing from you.
