I always have a smoothie. It's easy to fix and gives me the protein I need to start the day. I use a banana, 1/2 a scoop of protein powder that has 60 grams of protein per scoop, a couple of tablespoons of fat free plain yogurt, fresh or frozen berries and enough almond milk to mix it in my Ninja. It gives me the 30 grams of protein I need to start the day. My whole family loves this now and friends who come visit and try it have started using it also.
I am with you on this subject. I have never been a breakfast eater. I find that if I start eating early in the morning, I can't stop the rest of the day. I have tried different foods and it doesn't seem to matter. Once I start, I keep eating :(

Today is my first day trying to make this work however I normally don’t eat my first bite of anything till about 1-2 in the afternoon. How can I make this work make me want to eat first thing in the morning? Any ideas will help. Thank you
