How did it go with your trainer? Were you able to get ideas on what not to eat. I find it a weird concept to write down what not to do. I usually write what I will do or eat.

I am so good this Friday. Super excited my grandson will be coming to visit next Friday so getting my pantry ready for him and getting the guest room set up. Then I will taking my dog for a short hike and a swim in our nearby lake. He loves hiking nearby trails and the lake is good rehab for him and me.

I really need the emotional support this weekend. Glad to hear from you. How are you this fine Friday night. Have you got plans for the weekend. I know I want to do some walking and maybe some yard work.

Not going to eat? Sorry, about the question. My doctor suggested give up soda and potato chips. I don't drink soda or eat any potatoes, so didn't help. But if those are things you consume maybe use those suggestions?

This weekend, I really need some support. I have an assignment to complete and take back to my weight next Tuesday. Like most people who are trying to loose weight, my trainer wanted me to start a food journal. Today as I completed our workout session, my trainer said ok what are you not going to eat this weekend. Yikes
