It's pretty easy if you sneak up on it and don't hurt yourself or over-do in the beginning. I was losing for a while with minimal exercise and good nutrition control and then got stuck on a plateau so decided to do just that... work up very gradually. I made myself an easy bargain to walk a minimum of ten minutes daily either with videos, the Gazelle, or walking outside the house. That was last June and I've gotten great results. I'm now up to a minimum of thirty minutes daily and many days hit well over an hour. I've lost another forty pounds or so doing this and also limit my eating to an eight hour period daily. The key is to stick with it. Best of luck with your program!

Much deserved day of rest after 7 days of moving (exercising). Gotta get used to this moving again, been sedentary too long. Although I do still feel motivated and have high spirits. Think I will use this time to do my meal planning for the next week.
