Well, exercise is one of the best medicines for venting frustration and overcoming depression, so dive into it and you will benefit in many ways, those not the least among a long list. Sometimes you just have to keep going no matter what. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst and you'll be ready for the crap life sometimes hands out. Best of luck to you and remember, never, ever quit!

need encouragement to get back on track with fitness and eating. I was just told I need to get a new job, but need to finish out a 7 week contract. I am frustrated and depressed
