The only way I can keep myself from not eating sugary, fattening stuff is just not to have it around at all. I have often felt like I wanted to bake a cake or cupcakes. I tell myself I will just give them away. After thinking about this, I had to be honest with myself. I know I would eat them. Therefore, I just don't make them in the first place. LOL

I would like to lend you some support. I am just back after an extended leave of absence, I need support also. As far as the dessert you did nit eat it all. Yiu will not be successful if you completely deny yourself. Enjoy a small portion.

i haven't been here in a long time, and it shows. today i made a type of dessert and my intention was to take half to my daughters, and have some and I don't know what to do with the rest. she only wanted a slice, and now i have a whole one that is 600 calories and 29 grams of fat...... 29 grams of fat!!!! im am blown away and a bit sick over it.
however, I can begin again at the next meal and I shall. the treadmill tomorrow and no sugar . I ll feel better in no time. I could use some support though.
