Resistance training can help, but unfortunately, gravity and age win in the end. Creams will help the dryness temporarily, but that too is a product of the aging process. Good luck!

For me as I have gotten older I have had to
1 - do weight training
2 - use a really good moisturizer every day
3 - not loose too much weight

Skin doesn't have the same elasticity but these things help a bit!

Hello, I didn't have alot of weight to lose, but as I reached my goal, I have noticed that I have lost some skin tone on my upper arms & the skin seems somewhat dry. I have done some searches that say it could be from weight loss, also from sun damage and skin aging. I've started using more skin cream with spf. I haven't lost any muscle-tone. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue & if you've found some skin cream that has helped, even a little?? Would like to hear any of your thoughts ...
