Set some (attainable) goals and write down what you plan to do to achieve those goals. Use the nutrition tracker to help plan in advance what you will eat each day, and remember it isn't just about the calories but also about getting a good balance of the various nutrients. Start adding in a bit of exercise at a time and remember you aren't competing with anyone but yourself. Join some teams that fit your interests and get to know other members -- teams are a great place to find the support you need to stick with your plan.
