BEVYPOO2 I tried to "friend" you but I can't get your Spark Page to show up. If you allow people to interact with you, you might feel it to be helpful. :-)

Welcome to SparkPeople, and congratulations on making your first message board post!

You'll find plenty of information, support and tools here to help you reach your goals. First off, stop "dieting" and start making healthier choices... sounds better already, doesn't it? Set some (attainable) goals and write down what you plan to do to achieve those goals. Use the nutrition tracker to help plan in advance what you will eat each day, and remember it isn't just about the calories but also about getting a good balance of the various nutrients. Start adding in a bit of exercise at a time and remember you aren't competing with anyone but yourself. Join some teams that fit your interests and get to know other members -- teams are a great place to find the support you need to stick with your plan.

Best wishes...

Start by tracking everything you eat.
