Thanks for the advice. I do have some questions and will try the help section. Thank you for the quotes as well. I believe that this time around I am committed. Found myself at lunch yesterday ordering a great fish meal when my friend ordered broccoli cheddar soup - one of my favorites. It think the waitress thought I was nuts. She had just finished taking the order when I said, "I'll have the soup too." As she began to add it to the order I said, "No wait, I changed my mind - no soup," I know this was a little step but for me it was gigantic and I was very proud of myself. Have a great day with gigantic little steps.

The best tip I can offer is to use the fitness and nutrition trackers religiously. It doesn't hurt to get hooked on Spark Points either. Collecting all the points you can every day leads to building healthy habits. Hi. I’m returning to the sight after doing Weight Watchers for quit a while. I’ll be 70 next December and with work and dedication plan to be at goal by then. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Wishing you all a great day.
