Starting again. I have had problems with motivation also and honestly just quit for a while. Even though my motivation is not where I would like it to be I definitely need to get back on track. I have never been or had a buddy since I am afraid I might not always have time to be as supportive as someone might need but if you would like someone to chat with just message me.

I'm impressed by both of you! I have just about given up hope of losing any weight at 57 but you guys inspire me. Thanks!

Congratulations on the weight loss. The thing that helps me is I remember how hard the first week was, and do not want to start over again. Watching my clothes get loose and see how much more energy I have by walking is motivating as well. All the steps you take to getting healthy count. Even the baby ones. You got this!

I need to get motivated.JUST can't seem to get myself moving. I've had both hips replaced and 1 knee.I weigh over 240.lost 23 lbs. So far.5'8" tall.Take all the suggestions I can get thanks.
