I am 55 no more dieting for me either, lifestyle change. I am not buying into the next quick fad diet. Slow and steady wins the race. I am not focusing on food right now just three goals for 14 days.
1-Drinking My Water
2-Writing in my journal or SP Blog
3- No eating after 7pm

At 54 i've been dieting for 40 years. I've been a caregiver since I was 12 years old. Now it's time for me. So a new lifestyle is needed which includes clean eating
