I'm 68 and in April I found an endocrinologist who is an anti-aging doctor who put me on Metformin, a weekly shot of Bydureon, Acarbose with meals, and Armour Thyroid. I dropped 36# in 2 months, then fell and broke my femur, and I've dealt with that since. But, I haven't regained any of the weight. (Was 149# this morning.) I want to drop another 20# so I'm getting ready to start working on that. It doesn't matter what day you retire. We just have to work on our health everyday from here on out.

My personal goal is to reach a happy weight range by the end of June 2019. I am well on my way there and hope to pull it off. I can see light at the end of the tunnel.

Just curious if anyone else out there is like me with this goal. Please respond if you are planning the same goal.

Thanks
Catherine
