2 things you must add to your routine to get strong bones that is add a wt vest for
women mine is nyk it is really great and it works . Next you Must start to get collagen
into your system either by drinking bone broth or eating collagen producing foods
like citrus fruits but do make sure you get that bone broth make at home it really helps to add collagen to bones which they need to stay young and the nyk weight vest plus healthy diet .
