hormones...
eliminate caffeine
push more water
eliminate sugar and colorings/flavorings. I found that certain foods like chocolate or choc chip mint ice cream can keep me awake.

I am sleeping 4 hours a night!!! In full menopause and struggling from not sleeping! I’ve tried hypnotherapy, Advil Pm, Yoga, still can’t sleep over 4 hours! Any suggestions!?
