I think you mean the "ticker" like the one at the bottom of my post? If so, here's a link and when they say email preferences, it's in the top left of the page right under the word "START" and your user name:

When I joined, you needed to set that up on your Spark page.

I'm fairly new here, about four weeks and seven pounds down. Looking forward to a new, lighter and healthier me by next year.

I see many of you have a tracker to monitor your progress. Would someone please provide me with a link so I can set up one of my own?
