Too early to tell if it worked. Some people do see results as early as week 3 but the best results are at 2-3 months. I had four applications--two the first visit and two the second (last week) to get my whole abdomen. I didn't really want to do them that far apart, but the first session left me with a lot of bruising. This last session did not. There was very little discomfort for me--some pinching, cold, numbness, and just a few shooting pains after the first day. According to what I've read, the optimal results come from repeating the whole process after 3 months. I'm not sure what I'll do at that point. I know it won't make my tummy flat, but I'm hoping for a significant improvement. I've been working so hard to lose my weight. I want to be able to feel good about my body but would be afraid to risk surgery. I would love to hear from anyone who has had coolsculpting whether their experience was positive or negative.

I had my first coolsculpting treatment yesterday. No problems, minimal soreness this morning. I'll post when I know if it worked.
