" body toning and sculpting exercises" are for muscles, not loose skin.

Muscles can be worked into shape, skin cannot. Either it shrinks or it doesn't; and that has to do with elasticity, which is highly dependent upon genetics and age.

Many who lose weight discover shape-wear.

I worry about that as I I strive to reach my weight loss goal too.

My plan is to continue with body toning and sculpting exercises and hope for the best.

Good Day Sparkers, I lost 32lbs sense this July and Its great to start seeing the fat leaving loose skin (flab), just wondering what to do with it?

My Vision Statement:
To get off of my medications; Cholesterol statin, Hypothyroid levothyroxine,after effects from statin is hitting my quads and sharp pain in knees, to finish a marathon and too get at my healthy weight at 146lbs, so I can look better and do more things; to be able to work more active jobs, run a marathon, wear better clothes- more of a variety and feel better. To have more energy and get rid of my sleep apnea. I am feeling more energetic and sleeping better.
