Hi I'm new to Getting Fit over 50. I turned 50 in March and everything has changed. I have been going through menopause with serious hot flashes but I'm hanging in there. I decided to find a group to get my motivation back.

I've taken such good care of my health and fitness for most of my life, and since I've turned 50 years old, I realize I look very young for my age. I forget I'm 50. I have younger men wanting to be with me. I then remember, OMG: I'm 50 years old, old enough to be your mother. Geez, it's such a realization that age IS just a number.
