I only ask as healthy weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds a week.
The slower you take it off, the greater your chance of keeping it off, as you learn healthy habits that make it easier to maintain.
Also, the slower you take it off, the less loose skin you may end up having.

Eating too little slows your metabolism and increases your chances of malnutrition and/or illness.

Hope I do not do the same thing I did about 5 years ago and dropped from 260 to 220 then just seemed to put it all back on again only worse! Know some of you have done that - - -think they call it a yoyo diet!

No medical supervision. Most days find it hard to eat the 1,500 - 1,850 calories a day. Never eat breakfast anymore! Just sandwich for lunch with Popsicle - - then been doing mostly food taken from sparks peoples recipes at night! And water in the day mostly - - -came off all pop and sweet tea. Sometimes have a cup of green tea and soda only when I drink my rum and cokes!

On for 47 days now and have lost 34.2 pounds! Seems like my weight bounces around all over the place but have been trying to track it. Also on days that I eat and drink even beer it seems like I lose more. Any ideas? I am at a loss!
