Oh no! I suppose you will need therapy after as wel. Sorry to hear that! Would you know if walking is best before or after a meal? Morning or night?

Walked 30 minutes at a faster pace this morning with DH. ouff! winded at the end !
Have a glass of water and a 2nd on the go. Really ate a smaller portion for breakfast. I love to cook and love to eat even more, therefore all the extra pounds. Now it's to change my habits and make new plans to fit in the new me lol

Mucking through the best I can, since I have a broken foot!
NO spinning classes and minimal walking for another three weeks. or more.

Walked to my sister's 31 minutes woohoo!
drank my 4 glasses of water
ate less, smaller portion - needed will power - prepared fav dinner

MIni goal is; to lose 5 pounds.
How? to walk 10 - 20 minutes, 5 times a week
drink at least 4 glasses of water a day
eat smaller portions
