Be careful it thins your blood. I didn't see any difference in my pain or imflammation. But I did have problems with my blood clotting. But I also take Plavix, after my heart attacks. The thinning got worse when it took the turmeric.

Yes, turmeric is a good anty-inflammatory remedy. You can read about it and some other foods with the same abilities here steroidssaleguide.com/natural-steroids-bes

I use it every single day. Be sure you find a good brand, and know that in order for your body to assimilate it, it needs to be taken with fat or a black pepper extract called bioperine.

Claims that curcuminoids found in turmeric help to reduce inflammation aren’t supported by strong studies.

Preliminary studies found that curcuminoids may

Reduce the number of heart attacks bypass patients had after surgery
Control knee pain from osteoarthritis as well as ibuprofen did
Reduce the skin irritation that often occurs after radiation treatments for breast cancer.

A mate of mine recommended taking Turmeric for inflammation and sore knees after walking a few miles. Anyone out there tried it?
