1. Write every bite, walk or gym (haven't decided which), 64 oz water 2. Clean bathrooms 3. Finish going through sisters jewelry so if I can send back what is valuable to my brother-in-law and give the rest to a women's organization.
I love this. My 3 goals today, 1, run after work. 2, get my vacuuming done, and 3, make the outgoing calls I need to @ work. Thank you for this topic. I know this will help me get my main goals accomplished.

Had a good day yesterday - got busy downstairs and didn't get in all my water, but will do better today. I did get everything done down there that I wanted to. I think I am done cleaning, and getting rid of stuff down there now! DH and I took a walk along our driveway in the afternoon - it was a beautiful day; really reminded me of fall!
Today my plan is:
1. Write every bite, 64 oz of water (day off on exercise) 2. Church and lunch out 3. Give myself a manicure - really need it after working in the basement!
