Making small daily goals can lead to big results down the road - whether it is weight related or just getting things done. Come join me and let's make today a productive one!

Positive words to start our day: I am AWARE that I can ACHIEVE everything I want!

Great day yesterday - got in my walk, counted all my points, did some arm exercises and sit-ups. Went downstairs and cleaned out the last 2 file cabinets. Got a whole bag of garbage that we burnt. Took pictures out their frames and have them ready to go to Goodwill. Slowly but surely I am getting the basement cleaned and organized; and have gotten rid of a lot of stuff!

Welcome, Ortatk! I haven't had strawberry rhubarb pie in ages....sounds delicious! My Mom used to make it a lot during the summer -- she loved to bake and my Dad had to have dessert at dinner every night!

I am retired and sometimes wonder how I got everything done when the kids were small and I worked full time! Now I have to have goals every day, or the day is gone and I wonder what I got accomplished!

Goals for today are:

1. Write every bite, walk (should be a beautiful day, so will make that walk along our mile long driveway), 64 oz water
2. Unhook WII device and gather it, along with games, and take everything to Goodwill
3. Clean Cedar Closet

Have a GREAT day!
