Didn't make it to the gym yesterday with everything else that was going on - will go today instead. Rest of day went as planned~
HealthyLu: Like your goal of refocusing! I've had to do that with my gain at WW the other day. Sat down and wrote out my goal for where I want to be by the end of the year and the steps I need in order to get there. I then shared it with our DD so that I could be held accountable! It's those little things that help me the most!
Goals for today are:
1. Write every bite, gym, 64 oz of water 2. Vacuum and dust 3. Get downstairs and continue cleaning file drawers - purge and organize!
