Agreed. Goals for today are:
Write every bite, 10,000 steps, 8 water
Work - plan, work on or wrap up some old items
Enjoy my refocus on good habits

Making small daily goals can lead to big results down the road - whether it is weight related or just getting things done. Come join me and let's make today a productive one!

Goals for today are:

1. Write every bite, gym, 64 oz water
2. Grocery shopping
3. Hair and Pedi appointment

Going to be a busy day, but that is okay - will get at my other work tomorrow!
