I do like your 3 goals a day. I also like that they are not all so difficult. Like listing where and when you are going to lunch after bike ride. I will give it a try.

Goal 1 for Sat. Pick rhubarb for strawberry rhubarb pie for bring to sister's home for dinner.
Goal 2 organize banking needs for banana bread for neighbors and friends

Goal 3 enjoy day in garden dead heading and watering plants.

On my way to my new normal.

Making small daily goals can lead to big results down the road - whether it is weight related or just getting things done. Come join me and let's make today a productive one!
Good Morning!

Did a lot of cooking and baking yesterday. Made all of sons favorite foods for his birthday; which is today. It's always a good day when I can spend a day in the kitchen! Did get downstairs and worked on another file drawer.....slowly but surely I am getting them cleaned out.

Goals for today are:

1. Write every bite, off day on exercising, 64 oz of water
2. Motorcycle ride to Clayton, GA and the Rusty Bike Cafe for lunch
3. Enjoy the sunshine and cooler temps today -- it will be warming back up toward the middle of the week.

Thought for the day: Fog can be dangerous; especially when it is mental

Positive words: HAPPY and CONTENT

Have a wonderful Sunday!

Make each day count!
