Good Morning!

Positive words to start the day: Active and Bold

Had a good day yesterday - got all my house cleaned, mostly because I was looking for a bracelet I had lost! It had the word "Believe" inscribed on it and the only time I took it off was in the morning when I showered. I had given up hope of finding it and decided to sit down and log my breakfast and lunch. Our couch as storage compartments in the arms of it and when I opened my side to get a pen, there it was laying on top of everything! Moral of the story: Log BEFORE you eat!

I did get down to the basement in the afternoon and purged some things down there. Also went to the gym and had a good workout. I usually warm up on the treadmill or bicycle, but yesterday decided to use the elliptical machine instead. Boy, did my legs get a good workout!

Goals for today are:

1. Write every bite, walk (hopefully outside) 64 oz water
2. Continue cleaning basement and purging
3. Make DS's favorite cookies for his birthday tomorrow

Thought for the day: Eat right, feel GREAT!
