I have a smoothie (basically blended veggies in the Vitamix) on most workdays. It helps me get more veggies in when I'm exhausted, and also easier for me to consume (as i have a dental issue).

What do you like to put in your drinks?

Hope it's working for you. Didn't see any follow-up, so thought I'd check. I don't drink calories, so I'm of no use to you as encouragement, but I thought you might follow up and let us know how you're doing. Never quit!

Hi there ~
LOVE Joe Cross's Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead2 (second documentary), and jumped on his Reboot website for questions I had. I prefer to blend my veggies and fruits, and that IS OK:) I'm not looking for weight loss necessarily, though max 15lbs over weight and expect to lose that. My M.O. is for greater health (cells!) and energy.

Anyone want to do a "one meal a day" juicing via blending or juicer with me? We could report to one another - support!
