Welcome Kim! Hope you had a good vacation! I love to go, but it's good to get home and get things back to normal. I'll bet the dogs were happy to see you!

WW was good - lost 0.8 lbs. I am a very slow loser so was not disappointed - at least it is going in the right direction!

Just returning from vacation, so much to do at home. Great idea to set three goals for the day! My goals are:
1-during 64 oz water, track food today
2-get at least 30 minutes exercise, prob walk the dogs (make them happy)
3-clean house (vacuum, laundry, etc.), work on taking down wallpaper in bathroom.
Need to get back into taking care of myself for a change. Small things like a clean house and long walks make me feel better at the end of the day.
Need to finish my coffee and get moving!

Good Morning!

I had a productive day yesterday - got my tile floors wiped up, DH did the vacuuming so I cleaned the wood floors, cleaned the bathrooms, did a couple of loads of laundry....and made it to the gym in the afternoon!

Goals for today are:

1. Write every bite, walk (treadmill), 64 oz of water
2. WW meeting and weigh in first thing this morning
3. Work on DS's scrapbook - he works at his job with the fire station today so I can spread everything out on the table and not have to worry about him walking in.

Thought for the day: Suck it up now ---- so later you won't have to suck it in later
