Good Morning!

We hit 93 degrees yesterday and today looks like it will be close to that. No rain in sight so will need to water again today.

Got my grocery shopping done yesterday. Kept telling myself "I am not that person anymore" when I saw an unhealthy item that wanted to find its way into my cart (or buggy as they call them in the south!). I did get out of the store with just what was on my list....no junk food!

We made it to the gym in the afternoon; which felt really good.....when I was all done! I am not an exercise type person, but do enjoy how I feel when I'm all done emoticon

I had gotten a new address book so when we got back from the gym I sat down and transferred all my phone numbers from my cell phone to the address book. When my old phone died we could not get all the numbers transferred so had to scramble to find the ones I had on it. I think I got most of them anyway!

A neighbor stopped by in the afternoon for a visit. He is retired navy, but works in Japan most of the year training navy personnel. He just wanted to let us know that we shouldn't worry if we saw lights up there as he would be here for a couple of weeks. We keep an eye on his place when he is gone~

The day flew by and I didn't get everything done that I wanted to, but I got enough done! AND, today is another day!

Goals for today are:

1. Write every bite, walk (treadmill), 64 oz of water
2. WW meeting at the WW center (this is not my normal meeting, but I missed
Tuesday because of company so wanted to get to another one. I don't like
missing a week because it gives me the excuse that I can eat more than I
should. This keeps me honest)!
3. Sweep and clean the tile floors, dust, and straighten up the house

Thought for today: NOTHING is more important than this day!
