Had an okay day yesterday....stayed within my points/calories and got most of my water in and did get my exercise in. Spent a lot of the day finding phone numbers and getting them entered into my new phone. Also did a couple of loads of laundry and gave myself a manicure in the afternoon.
Goals for today are:
1. Write every bite, day off on the exercise; although I may take a walk when it gets light out, 64 oz of water (need to do better getting that in; especially with the hot, humid weather we have been having)
2. Straighten up sewing room and find a pattern for fall pot holders and towels
3. Work on scrapbooks - found some more pictures of DD that I want to add to hers and then start on DS's.
