It seems the older I get, the harder it is to get in that exercise....not that I don't have the time! Now that I'm retired I should have all sorts of time but the days seem to fly by! I figure trying to do something is good! Hoping you have a winderful afternoob!

Today where I am it is cloudy for the third day. Sitting in is is a little depressing but I have to go out and do some errands, I am sure it will lift up my spirits.
Three goals for today.
Prepare list for food shopping, as we are having the family over on Monday.
Go to Walmart for some personal items.
Write in my food journal each and every morsel I eat.

I am forgetting to put exercise but I will try my best.

On my way to my new normal.

Good Morning!

73 degrees and raining this morning. They say a cool front (cool as in the mid 80's) will be coming through after the rain. That will be welcomed after the 90+ degree days and the humidity we've been having. Well, I guess it is summer so we can expect that! emoticon

The problem with my phone was not the battery, so I spent a couple of hours in the store trying to decide what I wanted (ended up with a newer version of my old one). They couldn't get all the contact numbers off my old phone, so had to come home and use my DH's phone and enter most of them again. Of course I had some numbers that he doesn't need, so had to hunt and peck for those. Still have a couple that I need to get, but could get most of them re-entered! I will be backing up the numbers in Google this time; once I get them all entered Then of course it was getting all the apps that I use regularly arranged the way I wanted them; so long story short I spent most of the afternoon doing those things! I did get the Master bathroom cleaned and found the recipe for the Zucchini/Lemon cupcakes. Stopped and got the card stock and stickers that I needed to make DS's scrapbook so will work on that next week.

Goals for today are:

1. Write every bite, stationary bike today, 64 oz of water
2. Make out menu for next week and start grocery shopping list
3. Give myself a manicure and catch up on the laundry
