Ditto, what Luann said is gospel. Walking is the cheapest and easiest to do exercise, especially in the summer months. Start slow and gradually make it longer and faster. You'll see results. One of the new people here said it in a way I related to. She couldn't even make it past the house next door on the first day, so the second day she added one square in the sidewalk and kept adding them till she got to the point that she was going one house farther every day.. then a block farther and soon was walking miles.

Using the counters is another great suggestion. Again, not an all or nothing thing. maybe just start with breakfast, then add lunch and then dinner. Work your way up slowly.

You'll find my blog by clicking the "my spark page" button to the left of this post. I have a blog post there on "Tips for Beginners" that will help you get acquainted with the site. Best of luck and welcome!

"where do i start to move more?"

Walk!
It is easy and inexpensive to walk.

Weight loss, though, is more about what and how much you eat. Start tracking your foods, along with walking.
