I'm way over 70. In fact in May I'll be 81. I'm working to lose about 25 pounds. I'm 167 and I'd like to be close to 140. It's a battle but I'm in it to win it! Age is really just a number, isn't it? I feel great, love life, and work at thinking positive. It's a choice and I've chosen to enjoy my life and to make the best of each day. Losing weight, being healthy, and looking the best that I can, is my goal. Hope all my fellow-SparkPeople are having a great day.

I only missed 1 day of NOT exercising last year. It helps having the equipment in my basement. Also helps to keep my muscles, back pain and knee replacement in good working condition.

I'm 76 and exercise 1-1/2 hrs every morning. Elliptical 46 minutes, Treadmill 36 minutes and Recumbent Bike for 12 to 15 minutes.
