Went to gym... after a grueling "leg day", I ended up with Burpies. I am adding one every day --- fourth day of the year, so I did 4.... Looking forward to getting the number up to 50 or so, but doubt if I'll be able to do 365 !!!!

"SUGAR IS THE DEVIL" - Just telling it like it is. When it comes to the hard truth about sugar, obesity, and disease, both the sugar industry and Harvard University have A LOT to answer for.
