I rode my bike to work and home again 10 miles total, uphill home. Beautiful clean air, smells of Fall. Would have missed all this if I'd driven today!

Not yet. I find myself caught in a hopeless loop. I can't work out in the morning (or I just don't feel like getting up early because I usually don't hit the rack until 1 am...)
I can't work out at night until after 8pm, when the kids are in bed. I work all day, so can't do it then.... I recognize these as well-thought-out excuses. So how do I work exercise into my busy day.... no answer expected... just mulling out loud.
