Yesterday, yes. Did my first yard work for the coming spring season. About an hour of cutting 1.5 inch-thick limbs off trees and bushes. With a long-handled pruner, which takes arm muscles. Also some pull-ups and captain’s chair knee raises. And 90 mins to 2 hours of housework. Slept good (and on time) last night! No exercise yet today; just getting going.

Yes, kinda. Did some stretching and leg lifts before getting out of bed. Toe touches while waiting for the coffee pot's magic, and when walking to the restroom at work I did side stretches with more leg lifts and arm punches. Plan some Coach Nicole workouts after work.

Today, yes. My first workouts since Monday’s tough, two-hour fitness assessment. Thanks to turmeric milk, taking essential amino acid supplement (MAP), drinking plenty water, sleep, and using some good liniment, my 2nd day post-workout (today) was much better- not worse - than yesterday!! This was a great surprise. Now time for bed.

Not so much yet today, either! It's so COLD! Does cold weather affect anyone else's will to work out?? Did do 25 captain's chair knee-ups, so far. Jumped a bit on rebounder. Will I get in some kettlebell swings? Wish me "luck"!! (Curled up in blanket.)

Yes, since I fell and broke my femur stepping off the sidewalk back in June (no I don't have osteoporosis), I had a titanium rod and screws put in my leg and physical therapy, so I'm doing LOTS of exercise everyday now, or I just won't be able to keep walking. I'm getting better.
