Please let me know if others are having a problem when logging food. What happens repeatedly-- is when I type the words go into the SPARKPEOPLE food search window BACKWARDS. This is very time consuming and bothersome. The cursor on the SPARKPEOPLE SEARCH WINDOW MOVES TO THE LEFT NOT THE RIGHT AS YOU TYPE IN LETTERS. IS THIS HAPPENING WITH OTHER PEOPLE? I DON'T USE WINDOWS .

Try gymnea sylvestre, and bitter mellon both powdered caopsules on Amazon. They lower blood glucose and gymnea, at least initially , for me, took away y want of sugar and cut my appetite. Read other's comments on those natural plants. They both lowered my b.g. by an average of 20 points. And that is on three month's worth of testing my blood. I'm not saying it will work of you, but there are a lot of Diabetics saying these do work. Also apple cider vinegar (diluted with water- or it will burn your throat) and cinnamonm (ceylon type - less hard on your liver or pancreas (I can't remember which) read about it. All four of those in combination of light exercise-> WORK TO LOWER BLOOD GLUCOSE .

I love that you have a place to record the blood glucose numbers, but could you add those numbers to the "Today's Full Report" as a way to evaluate what you ate and the effect on the numbers? I'd love to be able to print it out and use that as a tool with my Doctor.
