Yes, it sounds like you're double-counting. If you are syncing your Fitbit to your account, you wouldn't want to also add the exercise you're doing as a manually entry in your tracker.

Hi! I can't seem to find an answer to this question: I wear my fit bit flex continuously and it is synced with SP. I also track my exercises on the fitness tracker. When I do my cardio which is 99% of the time Zumba, it tracks step and as aerobic exercise (I guess due to the arm movement) I would guess that when I add this to my tracker as Zumba I'm really adding more exercise than what I'm doing? (does that question make sense?) Or, does it matter?

Anything is possible--except skiing through a revolving door.
