Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone? Uninstall, completely shut the phone down, and once it's powered up again, reinstall.

Please let me know if that doesn't help.

I'm having the same problem and I'm in the US.

I have the latest SP app from the app store. When I click to open it on my iphone all I get is an error message.

I have had all sorts of different problems with apple and Spark People. I even had Apple Help look into it. They say it is not on their end. They say the problem is on the SP mobile apps end.

This has been going on about a year now.

Plus I have never ever been able to sync Apple Health to Spark People. Confounding! I spoke to a leader on the tech forum and went through her suggested steps. (after she had spoken to SP tech support) and still nothing works. Back then, (6-8 months ago) I could open the SP mobile app on the iphone. Now I cannot (error message)

I don't understand why SP has had so many problems with Apple Health app. And now I can't even use the mobile SP app at all! All I get is an error message.

I have tried all sorts of suggestions from a couple of tech leaders. Nothing seems to help.

I have had the app since 2014 and haven’t used it in 6months or so. I’ve tried to log in a number of times and it still won’t log in. I logged out and reset my phone, I also deleted the app and reinstalled it. I go to sign in, enter my details and it flicks straight back to the log in screen. My details are correct; I can log in on my internet browser on mobile web but not on the app. Can someone please help? Thanks
