Jawbone has stopped responding to our requests or our attempts to contact their customer service. We've heard rumblings that they could be going out of business, but that has not be confirmed. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you.

Is anyone else having trouble getting their Jawbone tracker to sync both on my app and on the Spark People exercise tracking? It hasn't recorded anything since May 21st. I have tried several troubleshooting steps but nothing seems to help.
