It is a nuisance to need to put in my macro choices every time I set a new goal. We need a button to choose keep as is or change macros.

If you go into your nutrition goals and manually change your calorie or nutrient ranges, they will stay that way. But if you go back in to edit any of your goals (your target date for weight loss, amount of exercise you're doing, etc.) then they will revert back to the ranges we suggest.

Does that help?

@ Spark_Coach_Jen,

I'm sorry, what do you mean "those ranges with default back to SP goals"?
Do you mean you have to change your macros every time you log in or every time you input into your food tracker?

Tx!

If you click on Edit Nutrition Goals at the bottom of your Nutrition Tracker under Tools and Settings, there is a edit button next to each goal. You'd need to manually calculate your ranges in grams based on the desired percentages, but then can set them to what you want. Just keep in mind that anytime you go in to change something about your goals, those ranges will default back to SP's recommendations.
