I put my vitamins in as custom foods, and save them in favorites. It works great at getting me to take them because I don't like my nutritional report to show that I'm low.

I actually solved this by creating a custom meal category...I call mine Vitamin, but you could call it Supplements. I then entered my multi-vitamin info as a favorite food. I add my multi-vitamin on Sundays and then just use "copy foods" to add it to all the rest of the days for that week.

Thanks for the feedback. You can put supplements in if you click "enter food not listed" under the search box. Just add them like another food, save to favorites and you'll have them each time you need them.

Hope that helps,

Put a place in to add medications and supplements. It would be nice if the nutrition could read the supplements. It always tells me I am too low.
