I don't think that I received notification of the problem. But I now have paid the one time fee so it shouldn't be an issue again. Thank you.

It looks like there was an error processing your payment in June, so you will want to click on the Premium banner at the top of your Start page and you can enter a new CC number if you want to continue with it.

I signed up for Premium status and Sparkpeople has been charging me 4.99 per month. This past week, I've started seeing ads and don't see anyway to contact my coach. Where can I check my Premium status on the website?
