I do not use the Facebook Spark People, I seldom use facebook anyway, I find it too personal & deleted some information on facebook. I track my food on self.nutrition data.com because it lists all omegas and tells you how complete your diet is in omegas for protein & how complete your diet is in general & provides a list of foods to complete your daily nutrition needs,all different proteins listed, vitamin K & Potassium separately so I can get the exact nutrition I need. It is free. It is basically for nutrition & every food you put in that you eat it gives a option of substitutes that are either lower calorie, more nutritious or you can get lists of foods with every vitamin & mineral missing to meet your daily goals.
I am on the summer challenge now. I have pleurisy, 3 types of anemia from Iron,folic acid,other vitamins not working,chronic pneumonia,chronic kidney disease,1 partially collapsed lung, low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years..I am 55 years old. I had cervical cancer 6 years ago, no signs last 3 years as well.
