Welcome!

I'd start with using the trackers for logging your food and exercise, and maybe sign up for something like the New Member Challenge, which will help introduce to some of the site's other features.

Starting Weight: 268 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.

Please help me.. I just signed up and don't have the time to look all around this site for the answers I seek.
What is the deal with Sparkpeople...pay? What do I get that with paying that I would not without..in other words the advantages I will receive by paying. Help me please.
I just found out my BMI and I have to loose at least 5 inches off my waist...the belly fat.
Thanks... anyone steering me in the right directions on here would greatly be appreciated.
