Twice per week; once at home on Saturdays and again at Weight Watchers meeting (usually on Fridays). That way, I can compare first morning before showering and dressing and later in the day, fully clothed and hydrated.
Daily, I try to take it with a grain of salt somedays due to sodium fluctuations. But I know for me it tends to keep me more accountable. If I knew I wasn't checking for a week I know I would tend to go I will be ok today I am not weighing for 6 days. Psychological I know.
