Thanks BarbWMS and others, I've got two packages of them but was overly cautious. I'll make sure to use plenty of sauce.

I'm not even near perfect, but I know someone who is.

I use them often and find that as long as I have a sauce that covers them, they work fine.

I also add it to the sauce- I find it's quite important to make sure you use plenty of sauce with those noodles to make sure they hydrate well, so be liberal with it!

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

Add another 1/4 cup of water as you start cooking. You don't want it very dry.

I'd add the extra water to whatever sauce you're using when you make up the lasagna. The noodles will absorb liquid as the lasagna bakes.

I bought a package but am not sure how to use them. The package just says add an extra 1/2 cup of water. Where?
