Cut in half; scoop out seeds. Place in microwaveable dish with about 1/2 inch of water. Plastic wrap. Microwave about 15 minutes or until very soft when squished (use potholder!). Let cool a little. Shred the noodles. Serve with spaghetti sauce. Yum!!

I cook at 350 for an hour. I put the whole thing in a baking dish with a little water. I turn off the oven and let it cool down for several hours.

Then I cut it in half, scoop out the seeds and use a serving fork to scratch out the strands.

Love it with sugar free spaghetti sauce with added mushrooms and sweet italian sausage.

God, give me mental toughness at the point of attack.

I cut off the stem end, poke a few holes in it and nuke it. About 15 minutes does it in my microwave. Then I let it cool before I cut it in half and seed it. Separate the strands with a fork into a sieve and drain it well. Then it is ready to use in anything. My favorite is a "spaghetti" salad subbing the squash for the spaghetti.

Maybe. I cut it, scoop the seeds, brush with olive oil and season and lay it open side down. I add a little water to the pan and bake at 375 for about an hour. It usually turns out pretty good

Who has had luck with this guy? I like it, but I never manage to get distinct strands. It's basically just normal squash. When I pull it with a fork it looks like strands, but they clump together. Am I overcooking it?
