One egg omelet with lots of onions and peppers added, sometimes a bit of bacon. Yummy, and I don't like eggs!

For more ideas, look through the older threads. The topic of breakfast has always been popular.

I either do: eggs (scrambled, sandwich, omelette, over easy) + veggies or fruit, oatmeal + fruit + nuts/hemp hearts, yogurt or cottage cheese + fruit. sometimes I make greek yogurt bagels.

Hubby also enjoys avocado or almond butter toast

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

Are you looking for a breakfast recipe or just kind of getting ideas? If you have special needs, that would be useful to know.

I had scrambled eggs with red bell peppers, quinoa, wild and long grain rice and lentils this morning. Sometimes I have more peppers to add and sometimes add a meat and cheese. This way I incorporate high fiber foods into breakfast :)

I had a tasty blend of eggs with smoked sausage. Yummy!
